Cherie Callahan began her journey in the aesthetics field many years ago. Her sale and retail background brought her to the position of Regional Manager for a beauty company who specialized in hair and skin care products and services. More often than not when she went in to one of her stores she would find herself fascinated by the skin care products being sold on the sales floor, as well as the services being offered in one of the treatment rooms. It didn’t take long to realize that aesthetics was the direction she wanted to go with her career. She took the leap of faith, quit her very secure job, purchased her place in aesthetics school….and the rest is history. She knew the minute she began to work on clients that ‘treatment’ aesthetics was the direction she wanted to go because of the science and knowledge needed in order to bring about measured results for her future clients. She dedicated the first 10 years of her career dedicating herself to chemistry websites, working with results driven products and modalities, etc. It’s been a fascinating journey that leaves her with the feeling of never really having had a ‘job’ because the skin care industry never stops moving forward in terms of identifying new products and modalities that continue to treat conditions and skin care goals wanted by women & men today.
